Dear Friend: 

On behalf of the Friends of Saint Anne's Hospital Board of Directors, I would like to invite you to renew your membership or become a new member of the Friends.  As a member of the Friends, you are a special part of a group of caring individuals that is committed to touching the community. 

One of the primary roles of the Friends of Saint Anne's Hospital is to raise funds to support growing healthcare needs.  Our group has been very successful in this area, due in large part to the commitment, dedication, and talents of our members.  The Friends of Saint Anne's Hospital operate the Hospital Gift Shop and host several fundraising events throughout the year.  In 2008 we put on a fantastic theatrical reproduction of “Godspell,” we hosted a Bike Challenge, and we held our 50th Annual Candlelight Ball, among other activities which you can find on our website, www.friendsofsaintannes.org.

Funds that the Friends raise enable Saint Anne's Hospital to continue meeting the health care needs of our growing community through the expansion of services.  The efforts of our members allow the Hospital to purchase new technologies for the Hudner OncologyCenter, and enable the organization to continue to provide quality cancer care and diagnostic technologies  in our expanding community.  We recognize that together we can make a real difference.

We hope that you will accept this invitation to renew your membership or to become a new member of our team.  As a member of the Friends you will receive all of the Friends mailings and invitations to all Friends events.  The yearly dues payment of $20.00 can be returned with the enclosed membership form, in the enclosed envelope.

I would also like to let you know about the Junior Friends of Saint Anne's Hospital.  This is an opportunity for young leaders, ages 8 to18, to become involved with supporting Saint Anne's Hospital and its satellite facilities.
